Estehoaz Takatol has organised its business into three specialised subsidiaries, each covering a stage of the project lifecycle, under unified governance and management from the parent company.
Why three arms?
The Group’s philosophy is that an asset’s real value appears when acquisition, development, delivery and operations work as one system. The new structure links investment decisions to delivery and operations from day one, so operating experience feeds into design and every project is built ready to operate.
Bahr El Sahel for Urban Development
The Group’s urban development and execution arm, managing projects from concept and feasibility to delivery and handover. Its projects include the Business Bridge business hub on El Geish Road in Alexandria.
Sawahel Al Sharq for Investment & Real Estate Projects
The real estate investment arm, focused on acquiring and developing land and real estate assets in promising coastal and urban locations. Its projects include the Alexandrians’ Walk and Jewel Festival Home.
Joy n Joy for Entertainment & Tourism Development
The Group’s operating arm, specialised in running leisure and tourism destinations, restaurants, cafés and events. Its projects include the Qaitbay Resort in Anfoushi, the Alexandria Waterfront Revival and Porto Jewel Festival.
Unified management
The three companies work under one management from the parent company, ensuring clear decisions, fast execution and integrated expertise, and giving partners and investors a single point of contact with the Group.
